  1. Pay coaching fees directly to your institute. We do not request or authorise payment of your coaching fees to us. Use the official payment channel of the institute you select.
  2. Do not route coaching payments through us. An unsolicited transfer to us is your independent decision. It does not confirm admission or create a guarantee of an institute refund. For a mistaken transfer, contact us for verification and return of the amount.
  3. Institute refunds follow the institute’s written policy. We can help you request a refund. We do not provide a blanket guarantee of repayment of institute fees from our own funds.
  4. Our optional 1% contribution is separate. It is voluntary, only after successful admission and the start of classes. If you pay it and experience a problem, dissatisfaction or improperly delivered classes, that contribution is refundable in full.
  5. You choose your institute. Your statutory rights and responsibilities preserved by applicable law are not waived by these terms.
