Before paying an institute

Confirm its official payment destination, course details, final fees, class schedule and published written refund terms. Pay it directly and keep the receipt, admission confirmation and relevant written communications.

If something goes wrong

Tell us about suspected fraud, an admission issue or classes not being delivered properly. We can help organise your concern and communicate a refund or resolution request to the institute with your permission. Outcomes depend on the facts, the institute's policy and applicable law; our assistance is not a universal tuition-refund guarantee.

Our own contribution

If you have paid the voluntary 1% contribution and face a problem, are dissatisfied with the institute or classes are not delivered properly, that contribution is refunded in full. Contact help@radhethevision.com with your concern.
