Overview
This policy explains cancellation, refund and course access rules for राधे The Vision courses, mentorship programs, test series, scholarship-related services, PDFs, digital resources and other paid educational services.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.
Cancellation Before Access
If a student has paid but has not received any class access, digital material, test access, mentorship session, login activation or onboarding support, the student may contact us for cancellation review.
Non-Refundable Situations
- After access to paid digital content, PDFs, recordings, test series or course dashboard has been provided.
- After attending live classes, mentorship calls, counselling sessions or doubt-support sessions.
- For registration fees, seat booking amounts, scholarship test fees, administrative charges or special discounted offers, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in writing.
- If the student violates platform rules, shares content, misuses access or submits incorrect information.
Refund Request Process
- Email us at help@radhethevision.com with full name, registered mobile number, course name, payment date, amount and payment proof.
- Refund requests should be raised as early as possible after payment.
- Eligible refunds, if approved, are generally initiated within 7-14 working days after verification. Final credit time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or wallet provider.
Batch Changes and Institute Discretion
Instead of refund, राधे The Vision may offer batch transfer, course adjustment, mentorship rescheduling or credit adjustment where suitable and approved by the institute.
All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to verification of access, service usage, payment status, offer terms and institute records.
